The site is around 1.4 miles from Monks Cross, approximately 10 miles north east of Preston and 5 miles north of Blackburn. Scope of Services includes all of the Pre-Construction Planning, Construction Environmental Management Plan, Pre-Construction Information, support in the assembly of the HBF Agreement, Liaison with NHBC, Audit and review of Construction Phase Process.
The Scope of the project included:
- 233 dwellings which includes a mixture of dwelling types such as Detached, Semi-Detached and Terraced Properties.
- The application scheme will provide 70 affordable dwellings, representing 30% of the total number of houses proposed on this development.
- The overall development will provide a mixture of 1, 2, 3 & 4 Bed Houses to accommodate the rise in demand for family homes within the rea.
- Due to varying ground conditions found on this development, there is to be a mixture of foundation types to be used which are strip foundations, trench fill foundations and driven pile foundations
Our Role:
- Identifying, eliminating or controlling foreseeable risks
- Ensure designers carry out their duties (Design Reviews).
- 7 Year 400 Unit Scheme, Multiple Interfaces, Utilities, Off Site Works, Council Liaison
- Commissioning the necessary Surveys (Geotechnical, Topographical GS6 etc)
