For the past seven years, Charlotte has successfully led a team of HS&E Professionals, driving high standards, consistency and continuous improvement across national operations. In her role as HS&E Operations Director, Charlotte is dedicated to delivering a professional and credible service that adds tangible value for clients.

Gerry oversees all Construction Compliance delivery requirements. He leads a highly skilled, multi-disciplined team, coordinating the delivery of our Site Inspection, Principal Designer, and CDM Advisor services under CDM 2015, along with our training and delivery programme within the Construction sector, incorporating our House Building partners, in addition to our Clients within the Major Contractors group.

Training And Office Manager
Since joining DM Safety & Health Services, Emma has taken on the role of Training and Office Manager, overseeing both our training division and office operations.
She ensures that our training programs align with client needs and remain up to date with the latest legislative changes, while also managing the smooth running of our office and scheduling our vast network of advisors to meet with client requirements. This year, we aim to expand our offerings to include SMSTS, IOSH, and NEBOSH courses.
